Creative Vision & Storytelling
These sessions go beyond simply “taking pictures.” You’ll develop a stronger creative voice and learn to create images that reflect your personal style and tell more meaningful stories.

FAQs
What photography gear should I bring?
Photography is more about your eye and creative vision than gear, but you’ll need the essentials to make the most of the workshop:
- DSLR or mirrorless camera with interchangeable lenses
- One wide-angle lens and one telephoto lens, or a versatile travel lens
- Sturdy tripod
- Circular polarizer, neutral density and other filters
- Laptop and/or tablet for post-processing workshops with Adobe Lightroom (or equivalent software)
- Photoshop is a bonus but not required.
What should I expect from the mid-day sessions?
Photography is is all about realizing your creative vision. We’ll discuss all aspects of photography and I’ll guide you through effective ways to post-process your images comfortably. This isn’t a deep dive into Photoshop—I’m not an expert, and you don’t need to be either. We’ll focus on Lightroom and touch on only the basic Photoshop techniques relevant to modern landscape photography.
The schedule looks packed. Will I have time to relax?
